VINEA PANONIKA’S OWN PRODUCT LINE

Vinea Panonika embodies a love for all things home-made and local. Therefore, launching our own line of products made in collaboration with local farmers or using our own produce was an obvious first step in developing our range of products.

PRODUCTS MADE OF HOME-GROWN APPLES

The Vinea Panonika estate includes a large orchard of local indigenous apple varieties. We take good care of our trees and use no pesticides. In return, the trees provide us with a yield that reminds us of the good old days: juicy and sweet apples that may have a spot or two on the surface, or even a worm inside, but this is an evidence that they truly are a product of nature. We process the apples by ourselves to make products such as dried apple wedges, juice, and jams. We are happy to serve them to you when you visit, to give you a real taste of authentic Vinea Panonika.

We’ve also planted walnut, chestnut, and cherry trees, chokeberries, and various herbs, to gradually turn our estate into a paradise of edible plants – an oasis of bloom and fragrance which our guests can remember not only by beautiful views and lovely days, but also by the sweet scents of fruit trees, fresh fruit and herbs, and the treats we can make with them.

VINEA PANONIKA COLLECTOR’S EDITION LINE

Out of our special love for wine, we have designed our own line of wines called ‘Collector’s Edition’. The wines we release as part of this line in collaboration with prominent winemakers from the region will be available exclusively at Vinea Panonika.

The first wine we have selected for the Collector’s Edition is a 2018 Traminer, matured in collaboration with the acclaimed oenologist Uroš Valcl of Marof Winery. The reason we chose Traminer was that the terroir of the area around the estate is ideal for this variety.
